Providing Health, Housing and Social Services for whānau in Northland
One of our strategic objectives is supporting whānau towards better futures through financial literacy. This programme is a a 10-week sorted Kāinga Ora workshop on home ownership that helps increase financial literacy and build financial capabilities.
Based in the main centre of Kaikohe, Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi, also known as THOON, is charged with leading the hauora strategy for Ngāpuhi, serving whānau, hapū and hapori living within Te Whare Tapu Ō Ngāpuhi, from pēpi to kuia and kaumātua, whether Māori or non-Māori.
